We have since also merged in her Blogger blog posts. It’s a huge site full of great articles, a repair directory and her baskets for sale (you should check out some of her designs).  The website design and font she has requested matches her warm personality.

This is especially helpful to a non-profit organization that can’t afford to call on a web designer every other day.

Two of my boys have crossed over into Boy Scouts after a few years as Cubs and one is currently a Cub.  Along with being the web designer, I am also the Committee Chair. The Scouts have offered my boys many social, civil and educational opportunities that they would otherwise not have had. I chose to build the site on the WordPress platform because I will be able to easily pass the responsibility of site updates on to others when my time with the Cub Scouts is over – anyone who can update a Word document is eligible, no web design skills necessary. :)
